Hi sgroel, thanks for letting us know. When I was playing around with this, the case was as described :) Bluefield was very new at the beginning of 2021. I suppose Cloudlab also realized that by giving a testbed with SmartNICs to the users, they have to find a way to back the network speed the SmartNICs are probably going to be used :)
